To follow-up with a previous post, LG has said it is now confident in the Whirlpool patent infringement case.

LG Electronics said that it is cooperating fully with the ITC investigation regarding an intellectual property allegation made by Whirlpool Corp. and is “confident that it will prevail” in the matter.
