One More Cook in the Kitchen!

If you have been waiting for the next big thing to help enhance the quality of your kitchen, the wait is almost over! Frigidaire Professional is coming out with four different models of brand new downdraft cooktops. Being offered are 36” and 30” cooktops in both black and stainless steel colors. The stainless steel cooktops are both gas powered while the black versions are electric.

The 36” stainless steel gas cooktop with a model number of RC36DG60PS has many helpful features. The downdraft system is made to whisk away odors and smoke without the need for overhead ventilation. The Pro-Select Controls give you precise control at your fingertips with no need of worrying that you will accidently turn the heat up to high or low. The PowerPlus Boil has a 17,000 BTU sealed burner that boils water faster and the continuous grates make it easy to move heavy pots and pans between burners without even having to lift them!

The 30” stainless steel gas cooktop has a model number of RC30DG60PS with many similar features to its 36” counterpart. It contains a downdraft system, 17,000 BTU PowerPlus Boil, continuous grates and Pro-Select Controls too.

Unlike the stainless steel cooktops, the 36” black cooktop is electric and not gas. This cooktop has the model number RC36DE60PB and like the gas ones features the downdraft system. It also includes PowerPlus Boil and Pro-Select controls. The 36” black electric cooktop has SpaceWise Expandable Elements, which are flexible elements that expand to your cooking needs. You can be as creative as you want thanks to the expandable elements.

The 30” black cooktop is also electric and has the downdraft system. It has many of the same features of its 36” counterpart and also contains the SpaceWise Bridge Element. This is a flexible element that lets you combine two elements into one to fit even larger cookware. This feature is one of many that help make your cooking experience truly convenient.

These four cooktops will be available soon, so make sure to get the right one depending on which kind of cooktop you need. They will be available at both our locations, North Hollywood and at the old Carlson’s Warehouse in Santa Monica, so stay tuned!

Summer in the City

Now that summer is here, our newest location in Santa Monica is getting busy and for good reason. A couple of weeks ago the signs and logos went up on the building helping draw attention to an already growing customer base. There have already been multiple occasions when a  customer has come inside because they saw the signs on the building and showed interest in our products. And speaking of products, with the summer heat almost here it is a perfect time to buy air conditioners.
